1. When you place an order with us, you are making an offer to buy goods. We will send you an e-mail to confirm that we have received your order.
2. Once we have reviewed your order we will e-mail you again to confirm that we accept your order, and that a contract has been made between us.
3. Items sent to the Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands and any off shore Islands may incur a courier surcharge depending on the value and size of the order. We will where possible ship items by Royal Mail free of charge however heavier/ larger items will need to be sent by courier and a surcharge payment will be required.
4. In the unlikely event that the goods are no longer available, or that we have made a pricing mistake, we will advise you of this. You will not receive an e-mail confirming acceptance of your order, and there will be no contract between us.

Terms Relating To The Redemption Of Discount Codes
You cannot use a discount voucher in conjunction with any other sales discounts or promotional offers unless the specific terms relating to the promotional discount codes state that you can combine the Promotional Discount code with other offers. Generally, Discount codes can only be used for one order. The Discount code will expire on the date specified in the specific terms relating to the discount code, or before subject to availability of which we will notify you via the website. Discount codes have no cash redemption value. Our standard terms and conditions of sale apply in respect of any orders placed using discount codes and the website terms of use for using our site also apply. We reserve the right to vary or discontinue the discount codes at any time.
