Payments Accepted
We accept credit and debit cards and all payments are processed through our secure award winning SLL security. We accept the following payment methods:

Paying via PayPal, Google Checkout and/or Amazon Payments
If you have an online account (Paypal or Google Payments) then you can simply pay for your item straight away. All links will be available on our checkout.
Paying via Credit or Debit cards
From the payment's list, choose "pay via credit or debit card online". You then simply enter your card details to complete the transaction. The checkout process is simple and secure and we never store your credit/ debit card details.
Is shopping with Storm Trading secure?
Absolutely. When you fill in your payment details at our checkout, the information is encrypted and sent to our secure servers. This encrypted code is then deciphered by our electronic key and your order is then processed. We do not store any card information and we will never share your details with any third parties.
What about my privacy when shopping with you?
Any information you provide will be held securely and in accordance with the Data Protection Act of 1998. Your personal details will not normally be disclosed to third parties. In some circumstances, however, we may need to disclose your personal details to a third party so that they can provide a service you have requested, or fulfil a request for information. Any information about you that we pass to a third party will be held securely by that party, in accordance with the Data Protection Act of 1998, and used only to provide the service or information which you have requested.
Delivery Information
All items purchased on our website are shipped free of charge and we work with mainstream carriers including DPD, Parcelforce, Yodel & Royal Mail. Please note that any orders with a value of £15 (ex VAT) or below will be sent by a Royal Mail tracked service which usually takes between 2-3 days for delivery. All orders above £15 are sent via a 24/ 48 hour courier usually shipped the same working day if ordered before 1pm. You will receive SMS/e-mail notifications with regards to the journey of your order. Please note surcharges apply to areas such as the Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland and offshore islands, so please contact us before placing your order.
Do you take international orders?
We do not offer any international services and can only deliver to customers within the United Kingdom.
Do you offer wholesale prices?
We can offer further discounts and better prices for pallet quantities and full lorry loads. Please contact our sales team for a bespoke quote.
