Delivery & Returns Information
All items purchased on our website are shipped free of charge and we work with mainstream carriers including DPD, Parcelforce, Yodel & Royal Mail. Please note that any orders with a value of £15 (ex VAT) or below will be sent by a Royal Mail tracked service which usually takes between 2-3 days for delivery. All orders above £15 are sent via a 24/ 48 hour courier usually shipped the same working day if ordered before 1pm. You will receive SMS/e-mail notifications with regards to the journey of your order. Please note surcharges apply to areas such as the Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland and offshore islands, so please contact us before placing your order.
We know that you expect prompt delivery so we've made that a priority at Storm Trading. Our fast, efficient delivery service comes direct to your home or business, which means that most orders are processed the same working day if ordered before 1pm and usually delivered within 1-2 working days.
Once your order has been placed it will be processed and passed to the warehouse for picking at which point the order cannot be amended. We use the best packaging materials available to ensure that your item gets to you safely.
We do not offer any international services and can only deliver to customers within the United Kingdom.
