All items are dispatched from our UK warehouse and are delivered within 2-3 working days. Please refer to the delivery page for further information regarding delivery. If there is a problem with your purchase you must contact us within 24 hours. All items are fully inspected by our QC team. If for any reason you are not happy with the item you are entitled to return this for a refund minus postage charges this must be done within 14 days. Please note that all prices quoted include free postage to all addresses within mainland United Kingdom. Any items sent by courier service to the Scottish Highlands, Islands, Northern Ireland or the Isle of Mann, Channel Islands etc will incur a surcharge of £6 per parcel.
