Storm Trading Group offer free delivery on all products on our website. Any orders over £14.99 are sent via DHL, and are usually shipped the next working day, however please allow up to 2-3 working days for delivery. We know that you expect prompt delivery so we have made that a priority at  stormtrading.co.uk. Our fast, efficient delivery service comes direct to your home, which  means that most orders are processed and delivered normally within 2-3 working days  anywhere within the UK mainland and upon receipt of cleared payment.

We also use Royal Mail for any orders under the value of £14.99. Any parcels with a weight  greater than 3kg are sent via DHL. Once your order has been placed it will  be processed directly from our supply division. We use the best packaging material available  to ensure that your item gets to you safely. Please allow between 2-3 working  days for delivery. In some instances items may be delayed by Royal Mail so please allow at  least five working days before contacting us. If your item does not arrive after this period  please e-mail us (using the form below) and we will look in to your concerns.
