Our fast, efficient delivery service comes direct to your home, which means that most orders are processed and delivered normally within 1-2 working days anywhere within the UK mainland and upon receipt of cleared payment. We dispatch all items the next working day by the delivery option selected.

Most items are sent using Royal Mail 1^st and 2^nd class service. Any parcels with a weight greater than 3kg are sent by Parcelforce 24 and 48. Once your order has been placed it will be processed directly from our supply division. We use the best packaging material available to ensure that your item gets to you safely. Please allow between 1-3 working days for delivery. In some instances items may be delayed by Royal Mail so please allow at least five working days before contacting us. If your item does not arrive after this period please e-mail us (using the form below) and we will check the barcode verification details with our Royal Mail account manager.
